I am proud of all of that. The simplest downside is simply too late to vary…since my husband put in it on the bathroom. We have a Kohler elongated bathroom. The rest room seat is set 1/4 inch too short. It is understanding ok and doesn’t appear bad, but I am very aware about it. (my husband is a former contractor and has put in tons of of rest room seats, so he did know what he was doing. It is extra an problem for me.)
I simply needed you to underneathstand that you could need to warn future consumers that the seat is a bit brief for a Kohler elongated bathroom seat.
We will most certainly be ok with it, however any person else might be more concerned.

The Quality of material and the end of this seat is good. I even have no longer found one with this quality at this price level. Now for the bad section..the match of the seat. It does no longer rest correctly on prime of the bathroom. I am concerned that the hinges may spoil because of it now not resting properly. Also the entrance should have come out atleast an inch or two more. I actually have viewed simliar feedback from different consumers and i’m a bit stunned that the manufacturer has not fastened these issues. Till these things are taken care i really can’t suggest this product to anyone.

They’ve been great however I’ve stuggled to find some nice top high quality oak rest room seats for them. The low-cost ones from Lowes and Home Depot seem to be OK, but they’re thin and not at ease to sit down down on.
These seats seemed like the answer. I ordered 2 and used to be at the start extremely joyful when they arrived. They are thick and sturdy with a laquer finish – very elegant. After putting in them, however, 2 critical issues have come to light:
1. On the online web page description it says “You simply must tap the seat and it slowly closes”. This is FALSE. It was also up to now said in a overview from over a 12 months ago (which I did not learn completely apparently) and has no longer been fixed.
2. The hinges usually are no longer aligned properly so the seat in reality sits at an attitude with the rear “legs” hovering about 1/8″ off the bathroom bowl rim. This means while you sit on the seat all that weight is being placed on the hinge meeting and can doubtless result in cracking the wood around the hinges or presumably the bathroom bowl around the bolts. Both seats have this same issue so it’s now not just a one off defect. All of the less expensive seats I’ve had through the yrs always sat flush on the rim and I had no concern of them ruining.
I’m going to contact Amazon and/or the producer about this and can possible return the seats. So so much for more money equalling better total quality.
